Application
Applying for one of our graduate roles can be made on various sites. Whether this be via your university portal or the careers page on Allstate NI official website you will be asked to submit an up to date C.V, we will use this to shortlist you against our essential criteria.
Assessment centre
Once we have completed our shortlisting and you have met all our essential criteria you will be invited to an assessment centre in our state of the art building. You will be giving a task to complete with fellow candidates. The assessment centre will not test your technical ability but will be focused more on your competencies.
The assessors will score your performance against Allstate ATSV 2.0 core values and the competencies within them that are required to succeed in our organization These are:
Interview
If you have passed the requirements of the assessment centre, we will invite you back for a face to face interview. The Interview will look to explore your response to situational behavioral style questions.
All that is left to do is to turn up on the first day and begin your career at the largest It company in Northern Ireland, Allstate NI.
