This area is comprised of teams that span all technology areas within the ABI, Allstate Roadside Services and Encompass.
Enterprise Services drives operational efficiencies and enhances productivity across the enterprise, supporting customers, our agency force and employees.
ESS drive greater enterprise efficiency and effectiveness and create an engaged talent pipeline for the organisation, by delivering solutions for the agent pay programs.
Flight continuously improves software quality and makes products soar. Flight is a global team of test engineers specialising in Agile and Automation.
IS interacts and supports every area of the business. IS encompasses everything from connectivity, integration platforms, unified communications and customer channels.
This area enables the organisation to be more effective and efficient in serving our customers and includes Agency Solutions, Allstate Canada, Claims Tech Solutions, Consumer Technology and Product Technology.
PMO is the centralised Project, Product and Portfolio management service for Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures. This area oversees the management of approx 1,600 projects and products annually.
Technology Innovation research, develop, and pioneer new technologies and practices to inform our business partners, and, rapidly react to opportunities our partners present.
The UX Team is responsible for applying user-centered design methods to frame and deliver the experience of the products we build to be useful, usable and enjoyable.
UIE partner with designers to prototype UI patterns, create production quality front-end deliverables and partner with developers as they consume those deliverables.
