The Finance team is responsible for all financial processes to run Allstate Northern Ireland including operational accounting processes such as Payroll, Accounts payable, Revenue, Payments and Cash management.

Facilities

Facilities is all about creating the best office environment for our employees, providing the resources everyone needs to perform at their best and ensuring the safety and comfort of all those who work in and visit our buildings.

Graphic Design

Working in unison with the Marketing and Communications team, the Graphic Design team create visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate audiences allowing Allstate Northern Ireland to stand out in the market place.

Legal

The Legal Services team provides contract review services for internal Allstate business needs alongside an in-house legal function working on local legal requirements.

The Corporate Communications team deliver impactful, creative communications to ensure employees are kept informed of news, events, conferences and more. They also maintain and deliver all external facing channels.

Procurement

This function plans, develops and manages all procurement and contractual aspects of projects related to procurement of services and commodities for Allstate NI. They work closely with the supplier risk team to manage associated risks.

Risk and Compliance

The Risk and Compliance team is responsible for leading regulatory compliance projects, business process assurance and advisory reviews across the organisation, and evaluating internal controls and compliance health.
