Accounting and Finance at Allstate

Allstate recognises that further education has an important part to play in developing the knowledge, skills and competence of its employees. The company will support employees who wish to undertake further education studies, which will contribute to their effectiveness in current or future roles within Allstate and will benefit their personal and career development.

We have an approval status from Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Allstate NI Will Reimburse

75%

of first exam sitting, tuition and online study costs on production of evidence of all costs incurred.

Level of Both ACCA and CAI, and then 3 days per exam at Professional Level for ACCA and 7 days per exam at FAE Level for CAI.

Support Of An Experienced Mentor and access to a range of development opportunities and tools provided by ACCA.

Flexibilty to sit exams on a modular basis with 4 exam sittings available throughout the year.

Enterprise Process team

Responsible for capital accounting, intercompany and other accounting transactions and reconciliations that span across all areas of the Allstate Corporation.

Fixed Asset team

This includes ownership of all fixed asset policies as well as governance and external reporting schedules.

Expense team

Responsible for the review and reporting of operating expenses within Property/Liability. Including: analysis and trends; GAAP and Statutory Reporting; support for Financial Statements.
