Data & Intelligent Systems (DIS)

DIS is the driving force for the enterprise Data Strategy and serving the data needs of the Enterprise. Everything from databases, data quality/profiling, data analytics, predictive analytics, QC testing, automation and business intelligence. Users across Allstate have the ability to tap into massive amounts of data to understand what consumers want in order to make sound business decisions, drive product innovation and improve the customer's experience.

Marketing Technology and Analytics (MARA)

The MARA team is responsible for using data combined with multi sourced research, to make decisions, including the development of frameworks and models that are leveraged to optimize marketing programs, drive efficiency, and create action from analytic insights. Be part of a result-driven, passionate group of analytic professionals that are developing marketing analytic solutions for an interconnected world.

Data, Discovery and Decision Science

D3 are a vibrant, collaborative organisation that's leading Allstate's transformation into a data-driven company by offering innovative thinking and solutions to our business partners; helping unlock and communicate the information within their work. We are organised around the core insurance activities from marketing and pricing to claims, with dedicated teams implementing an enterprise wide Data Strategy.

We have interesting and complex problems to solve, all in an effort to provide better value and protection to our customers. Using tools such as gradient boosted machines, GLMnets, TensorFlow, Keras, SciPy, we apply our efforts to predict damage from photos, analyse driving behaviour through telematics, find anomalies in claim/data patterns to potentially determine fraudulent activity and to identify the best price for customers.
