For one reason or another many IT professionals end up out of employment for long periods of time, and we understand that the prospect of coming back to work, or 'starting over', can be challenging.

The Program

We have developed our 'Ready to Resume' program, a unique initial training program that empowers you to 'pick up' where you left off without all the barriers of CV critiquing and formal interviews to help you transition back into the workplace.

Be willing to participate in a 12 week paid reskilling program.

Following the initial phase of training and development, resulting in a job offer, we want to ensure that you are supported back into a full-time working environment at a pace that works for you.

We will ensure that you are supported along the way by:

Provide you with Career Coaching workshops aiming to build your self-belief and employee network.

Assign a mentor for Year 1, helping you to manage the transition back to work.
