The Program
We have developed our 'Ready to Resume' program, a unique initial training program that empowers you to 'pick up' where you left off without all the barriers of CV critiquing and formal interviews to help you transition back into the workplace.

Criteria
If you have been out of the workforce to longer than two years, and want to come back and restart your career with Allstate NI, the Ready to Resume Program is created to help and support you 'getting back to IT.'

years?
Do you have
3+
years of Software Development Experience?
Do you hold on IT qualification (HND or Degree)?
Can you recommence full-time employment? (Flexible working arrangements available on offer of employment)
Be willing to participate in a 12 week paid reskilling program.

Ongoing Support
Following the initial phase of training and development, resulting in a job offer, we want to ensure that you are supported back into a full-time working environment at a pace that works for you.
We will ensure that you are supported along the way by:
Training your line managers on how they can add extra support and development for you.
Provide you with Career Coaching workshops aiming to build your self-belief and employee network.
Assign a mentor for Year 1, helping you to manage the transition back to work.
