Joy Chambers

Joy Chambers is the Director for Business Optimisation at Allstate Northern Ireland. Joy has 30 years' experience working in both the public and private sectors, more recently focusing on research and strategic analysis to drive business optimisation and business development, helping evolve and transform Allstate into a world class global organisation.

Joy has a BA (Hons) degree from Ulster University in Public Policy & Management, with post graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and Training.

Married to Robert her hobbies include travel, reading and walking.
