Feargus McCauley

Feargus has over 20 years' experience in technology across many roles and business areas. He has extensive experience in building teams and partnerships globally, with a passion for developing software solutions which place a focus on the needs of the customer.

In Allstate NI, Feargus is Director for Enterprise Shared Services, responsible for a team of 160 people who support key applications including the Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence and key HR systems. He is also currently leading Allstate's enterprise Billing modernisation program.

Feargus has a degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Queen's University Belfast, where he still plays an active role as a former president of the Queen's Graduates Association, and currently serves as a member of the standing committee to convocation. He is passionate about the role higher education plays in society.

Feargus is married to Deirdre and has a son, Michael and daughter Anna.
