Rob has over 17 years of diverse technical experience in software and quality engineering in a variety of contexts including SaaS, Middleware, Finance and Healthcare. Rob has delivered high profile commercial and custom software products using agile and traditional waterfall development methodologies, and has extensive background leading global quality, testing, and product development organizations through significant transformation.
Allstate Personal Lines (APL) is the second-largest personal lines insurer in the US. A broad suite of property-casualty, life and retirement products is sold and serviced in all 50 states, plus Washington, D.C., and Canada, through Allstate agencies as well as contact centers and the web. APL focuses on brand-sensitive customers who prefer local, personal advice and service.

Allstate Personal Lines Technology (APLT) is the technology arm that supports Allstate Personal Lines (APL).
Rob's accountability as Flight Director for APLT covers the full stack Testing Services provided by a global team in excess of 500 resources in Allstate North America, Allstate Northern Ireland, Allstate Solutions Private Ltd (India) and 3rd party vendor staff.
Rob is a proud father and kept busy by his daughter and son, Maddy and Coen, and enjoys fitness and golf in his spare time.
